The STRESSLESS project aims to improve educators’ resilience to stress through development, and evaluation of a practical guidebook regarding stress for educators and educational institutions.

Reinforcing the strategies used to deal effectively with the demands of educational contexts, the project will focus on three key areas: increased well-being for individuals and institutions, reducing stress for employees and reducing the problems related to organisational performance; and quality improvement in education.

Developed by a consortium which countries are represented in all levels of stress (low, medium, high), identified through the available statistics, the practical guidebook is supported by a comprehensive needs assessment and will be validated through workshops implemented in four countries: Slovenia and Greece, Portugal and Czech Republic (supporting the transfer of the guidebook in countries with respectively high, medium and low levels of stress).
